Boissier is a legendary Parisian confectioner. Founded in 1827 by Bélissaire Boissier, Maison Boissier was originally a storefront in Paris where horse-drawn carriages could stop to purchase sweet treats. Boissier was known for creating the famous Bonbon Boule and chestnut frosting, the main ingredient for the classic French dessert, marron glace. As Maison Boissier grew over time, it maintained that same sense of authenticity and tradition which is still enjoyed today.
