St. Germain French Spritz
An elegant, light and refreshing drink for summer time.
Ingredients

4 ounces of dry Prosecco or any sparkling wine

1½ ounces of St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)

Club soda
-
Fresh lavender garnish
Instructions
-
Pour Prosecco into a large glass of ice
-
Add St. Germain
-
Top off with club soda
-
Gently stir
-
Top off with lavender

If you enjoy cognac, this is the drink for you– a great sweet treat.
Ingredients

1 ½ ounces of Cognac

1 ounce amaretto
Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a rocks glass with ice

Stir briefly

This is the perfect brunch drink if you’re sick of the usual mimosa.
Ingredients

1 ounce gin
-
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
-
½ ounce simple syrup
-
3 ounces champagne or other sparkling wine
-
Lemon twist garnish
Instructions

Add all the ingredients except the champagne into a shaker with ice and shake well
-
Strain into a champagne flute
-
Top with the champagne
-
Garnish with a lemon twist
