BEST SUMMER HAIRSTYLES

Summer months can be HOT! Here in Dallas, Texas, the sun can be unbearably strong. My hair is just not something I want to deal with in this heat, and what better time to get a refreshing haircut than at the beginning of summer?!

There is no better feeling than walking out of the hair salon feeling confident and renewed. A fresh haircut can do wonders!

I just recently chopped my hair and I’m loving it. It feels so healthy and chic, and I’m loving this new look for the summer months to come. It’s also so much easier to style; blow drying it takes half the time it used to! 

Of course, going short for summer isn’t for everyone. But even some new layers or framing pieces can help you feel refreshed and ready to take on the summer heat.

The Lob (long bob)

This is a great haircut if you’re wanting a shorter look without a full chop. This length is super flattering because the ends fall right below your face, giving you the perfect frame! Plus, you can part it however you want and you don’t need to spend a whole lot of time styling it. 

 

 

You can go for an easy low bun, or you can try a chic half up half down! I love having some of my hair up and out of my face while leaving the rest down, it’s one of my go-to looks. 

 

 

Long Layers

I love long layers. They fall so perfectly around the head and give your hair some movement and texture. This is a great look for people who don’t necessarily want to change the length of their hair but want a refreshing style change!

 

 

Elevate your look by putting your hair up but leaving your framing pieces down. This is a quick and easy way to look effortlessly chic!

 

 

Classic Bob

Last but most certainly not least, we have the bob. Who doesn’t love a good bob? Middle part bobs are all the rage right now, and deservedly so. It’s such a cute yet modernized look! Try asking your stylist to add texture to the ends for a more voluminous look.
