Here is the list of my absolute favorite French handbag brands! If you want to master the French girl style, this blog post will give you everything you need to do just that.

1. Longchamp

Longchamp, founded in 1948 by Jean Cassegrin, is a French luxury leather goods company. Cassegrain grew his tobacco shop in Paris where he used to produce leather-covered pipes into an accessories business selling small leather goods.

Le Pliage; a lightweight and easy-to-use bag perfect for any occasion, is the number one best selling bag among women of all ages. Available in many sizes and colors, you cannot go wrong with a Longchamp.

Personally, I use mine as a weekend bag or just to carry around my belongings. The versatility of this bag makes it impossible to pass!

2. Vanessa Bruno

Stylist Vanessa Bruno launched her ready-to-wear and accessories brand in 1998.

Using her natural fashion sense, Vanessa took a canvas bag and some sequin and created a timeless and everyday piece that became popular throughout France.

This functional yet stylish accessory is just what you need to add a little bling to your outfit. From green to pink to beige, you’ll find just the right color for you.

3. See By Chloé

See By Chloé was launched in 2001 as the sister label of fashion label icon Chloé. This more youthful aesthetic appeals to your everyday girl; simple yet chic.

Personally, my favorite handbags are the Hana shoulder bag and the Joan mini. These classic bags are perfect to achieve that effortless everyday look.

4. A.P.C.

Atelier de Production et de Création aka A.P.C. is a French band founded in 1987 by Jean Touitou in Paris.

While A.P.C. was first known for its denim, the brand has since then expanded to accessories that reflect a simple yet polished charm. These crossbody leather bags are perfect for achieving that professional look and are a fabulous accessory to any outfit.

My personal favorites are the Mini Genève crossbody bag and the Demi Lune crossbody bag.

5. Sézane

This French fashion brand created by Morgan Sézalory in 2013 is a MUST know to perfect that Parisian style.

From the words of the creator herself, “Sézane was born from a desire to offer women the finest quality pieces with a Parisian touch.”

My favorite handbags are the Farrow bag and the Gaby bag.
