This movie has a classic horror movie feel to it and stars Vincent Cassel. Sheitan is about a group of teenagers who go out to a party on Christmas Eve. While at the party, they accidentally run into an eccentric housekeeper. On the surface, he seems to be just a dim-witted and eccentric farmer. LES RIVIERE POURPRES (THE CRIMSON RIVERS)
The Les Riviere Pourpres stars Jean Reno (who is also in the iconic movie the Pink Panther). Les Riviere Pourpres is based on the book Blood Red Rivers by Jean-Christophe Grangé. This psychological thriller is about two detectives that are tasked with investigating several terrible murders around a college campus called Guernon in the French Alps. While they are there, they make a series of connections with other grisly murders in nearby towns. The more the detectives discover, the more mysterious and gruesome the movie gets.

LES RIVIERE POURPRES 2
Can’t get enough of Jean Reno or love the idea of French detectives? Check out The Les Riviere Pourpres 2! This sequel is set in a French monastery after a murder has been discovered. Similar to the first film, the detective (Jean Reno) teams up with another police officer who is already investigating a murder of his own. They keep finding bodies which leads them to realize that these are actually ritual murders. They try to make sense of the murders with the growing feeling of that there is an impending apocalypse that may be upon them.

LA MEUTE
This movie is about a girl named Charlotte who is traveling through the rural French countryside during the winter. She stops and picks up a hitchhiker named Max and continue traveling together. They make a stop at a roadside diner for some food where things start to go south. Max goes missing on the way to the bathroom. Charlotte decides to go looking for him but the restaurant owner traps her in a cage. Think Hitchcock’s Psycho but with an added element of cannibals. Yikes! This movie definitely has mixed reviews, so try it out and let us know what you think!

LE PARFUM
Le Parfum is OuiPlease founder Jess’s favorite horror movie! It is set in 18th-century France where a man has an absurdly superior olfactory sense. The man is named Jean-Baptiste Grenouille and because of his skill, he creates some of the world’s finest perfume. With time, Jean-Baptiste Grenouille is drawn to the scent of a woman’s soul and does everything it takes to capture it…creepy.
