Zadig & Voltaire takes the spirit of rock n’ roll to heart. Their ready-to-wear iconic torn t-shirts, leather jackets and silky knits embody a free-spirited, bohemian style. Recently, the ever-growing brand took their rock image a step further and launched an independent record label, Zadig & Voltaire Music.
Anything but ordinary, this label was born from the world of art and fashion and it seeks to break the mold of traditional record labels. They record young rock artists whose music dares to venture outside the box. Such artists include the duo, Ghostcat, which is one-half punk-raised Canadian model and one-half 80’s disco fan geek. A few of Zadig & Voltaire’s other notable recording artists are MGMT, Mark Ronson, and Gossip.

Zadig & Voltaire is not a clothing brand with a record label, but a state of mind. Whether it’s a perfume or a music album, independence and luxury are at the heart of their interests.
