Our boxes are shipped out every two months, so you will receive your box the next time we are in a shipping phase. For instance, if we announce the box in January, and you sign up at the end of February, and the current box is sold out – you will be automatically entered for the next box shipping March through April. We do not stagger shipping and ship all boxes within the same week, approximately two months from when the box is announced. After the shipping cycle has ended a new box is introduced. If you need more specific information about your box, please contact customer service at [email protected]. The same applies for Single Box options. So if you purchase it as a gift and the box has not yet been released, it will not ship until the shipping cycle starts.

Not necessarily! OuiPlease leaves a courtesy window of three weeks. That means that for three weeks after our last shipment, you are still able to receive our most recent box as long as it’s not sold out.

Once your box ships, you can check the location of your box online with your unique tracking number. You’ll be able to see its movements in real time and can even activate notifications to stay on top of it. If you’re not home when your box is scheduled to arrive, you can reroute your box online, or ask the post office to hold your package until you can pick it up.

We know you are eager to receive your box, as are we 🙂 However, OuiPlease has a unique shipping method, where we ship each Limited Edition subscription box in bulk, we do not stagger shipping. What this means is we have to prepare all the labels in advance to accommodate our 2,000+ boxes going out at the same time. Therefore, you may receive a notification saying your label has been created, but it may take up to 14 days until it ships. Not to worry, you will receive a second notification once the item has left our facility and shipped, to easily track your shipment. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

OuiPlease boxes ship via FedEx or USPS 3-day ground delivery. Every shipment is always sent with a unique tracking number, too.

For a bi-monthly membership, you are billed every other month on the same day. For an annual membership, you are billed for all six boxes up front, and then $0.00 every other month until your annual membership expires.

We are currently shipping within the United States and Canada only.

For shipment to Canada, we charge a low, flat-rate fee of $40.86. Since we ship from Dallas, TX, this fee covers duties and taxes incurred during international shipping.
